National Enforcement Authority Finland grants permission for Helsinki Halli share sale
The National Enforcement Authority Finland has approved a permit application concerning the sale of Helsinki Halli shares. The decision was made on 7 February 2025, with the enforcement officer granting permission for the proposed transaction.
As part of the process, the enforcement officer determined whether permission under the Finnish Enforcement Code could be granted for the sale of frozen property proposed by the parties to the transaction.
The parties to the transaction are responsible for completing the sale under the enforcement officer’s supervision. The sale proceeds will be frozen in accordance with sanctions legislation.
The enforcement officer will not disclose details of the transaction or the permission process.
