Permission sought from the National Enforcement Authority Finland for Helsinki Halli share sale
An application regarding the sale of Helsinki Halli shares was submitted to the National Enforcement Authority Finland on 8 January 2025 and is currently under review.
The Ministry for Foreign Affairs granted a sanctions exemption for the transaction on 6 February 2025, which was a prerequisite for the enforcement officer to determine whether permission can be granted. The enforcement officer will determine whether permission under the Finnish Enforcement Code can be granted for the sale of frozen property proposed by the parties to the transaction.
The enforcement officer will not disclose details of the proposed transaction or the permission process. The National Enforcement Authority Finland will issue a press release once a decision has been made.
