You can manage enforcement matters via the electronic service

The National Enforcement Authority Finland recommends using its electronic service as your primary channel of contact. There, you can, among other things, view and pay your own enforcement matters and apply for a payment-free period or a limit on the amount of your wages or pension that can be garnished. You can also use the service to apply for enforcement or order a certificate from the enforcement register.

Logging in to the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s electronic service requires strong authentication using either Finnish online banking credentials, a certificate card or a mobile certificate.

If it is not possible to use the electronic service, you can also send your matter by email. Further information is available on the Customer Service page.
