The National Enforcement Authority Finland is responsible for enforcing the obligations issued by court judgments and decisions and safeguarding the rights of all parties involved. We also collect unpaid taxes and other government receivables, which is important for public finances as well. The Enforcement Authority is part of Finland’s judicial system.
