Sub-organisation IDs adopted in the electronic enforcement service

The ver­sion up­date in­stalled on 15 Feb­ru­ary 2022 will add the pos­si­bil­ity to add a sub-or­gan­i­sa­tion ID as a spec­i­fier to man­dates.

The sub-organisation ID is a way to differentiate parts or units of an organisation from each other. It is defined by the company/corporation/government organisation using it. In the electronic enforcement service, the sub-organisation ID can be used to limit which profiles linked to a business ID in the enforcement information system can be viewed and processed by the electronic service user (mandate assignee). A sub-organisation ID is mandatory for certain government organisations specified by National Enforcement Authority Finland. In such cases, the user can only log into the service if their mandate has the specifier in question.
